Ridiculously quaint tea rooms with bunting opposite the church.
They do their own blend of tea.
An incredible effort has gone in to making the tea rooms as much like something from the 1940s as possible. Thankfully, though, there were no air attacks while we were there.
Well worth a visit. Take the opportunity to have a look at the Church and the site of Burwell Castle - just over the road. |

| I agree, lovely tea rooms. But a huge letdown as we found the owners to be nothing short of rude and incredibly arrogant. Definitely not a good place to bring children and make sure you keep your table clean whilst taking afternoon tea – both seem to irritate highly. |

They do have bunting, though...
The woman who served us seemed friendly. I don't know if we met any of the proprietors. |
